This is an 8-week comprehensive course and evidence-based program designed for those seeking to reduce stress & anxiety and relieve symptoms of depression. This course is an on-line/Zoom Based program that you can access in the comfort and safety of your own home/environment. See Workshops page for more details. Investment for full 8 week course is $360.00/person (which includes: 1x one-on-one assessment, 8 x 45-60 min group session, weekly recording of group session for personal practice, 8 (1/week of program) x 15 min individual/one-on-one consultations, take-home materials/exercises, and small group support) and 1 x final 30 min private/one-on-one consultation at end of program. The program is limited to a maximum of 5 participants in the Zoom platform.
