Office Hour Days/Times: Wednesdays: 1:00pm EST/6:00pm GMT and 1:30pmEST/6:30pm GMT (note: only 1 spot available per 30 minutes, booked 24 hours in advance, in 30 minute segments)

A unique opportunity to experience a sampling of Yoga Therapy first hand. Book a 30 minute private session – either virtual (zoom based) or live to address any personal challenges from physical injury and/or chronic pain to depression, anxiety or daily stressors. The Yoga Therapist will guide you with known tools and their implementation for recovery, healing and balance. Become actively engaged and the primary force for your own healing, with tools designed specifically for your challenges.
This program will provide the client with:
*1 x 30 minute private live or virtual (zoom based) session to address any personal challenges from physical injury and/or chronic pain to depression, anxiety or daily stressors.
*1 x video taping of the session for home practice use
Each client must commit to:
*Booking 24 hours in advance
*Initial health questionnaire completion is required in advance of booked session
NOTE: Yoga Therapy tools and protocol may include some or all of the following: diet & lifestyle recommendations, appropriately sequenced and individualized physical movement program, deep tissue bodywork, conscious mindful breath work, sound and mantra, meditation, visualization, guided relaxation and/or yoga nidra. A Yoga Therapist will draw on all of these practices to provide a specific wellness plan for each individual. After each session, client will be given one or more yoga tools for independent practice.
YOGA THERAPY FOR CHRONIC PAIN

Do you suffer with chronic Low Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and/or any joint or tissue injury pain that has become chronic over the years? Yoga Therapy for Chronic Pain is a 4-week comprehensive course designed for those seeking to manage both the physical experience of chronic pain and the resulting residual stress & anxiety symptoms. This course is a virtual/Zoom Based program that you can access in the comfort and safety of your own home/environment. This 4 week course will help you understand the path of chronic pain and empower you with tools you can use in your daily life to combat your pain experience. The course combines education and self-assessment with specific yoga techniques (including –but not limited to – movement, pranayama (breath) work, meditation, sound healing, and EFT/tapping), with research from the fields of chronic pain management, physiotherapy, psychotherapy and neuroscience. This 4-week program includes:

- homework plan for daily self-care movement and breath practices,
- 1 x 15 min private session/week with Toni to discuss weekly progress.
- Each session will be recorded, and the recording will be made available for the following 7 days so you can catch up if you have to miss a live session.

SUPREME SELF CARE

This session is designed to help you develop your self-care muscles, “fill your own cup” and explore why this is a necessary, even vital, aspect of mental health. Each weekly (zoom) session we will explore (and share) some of the tools of self-care including (but not limited to), breath work, movement, tissue release work, meditation, yoga nidra, affirmations, journaling, inspirational readings, and resources for study. Together we will build strategies to implement self-care into your daily life. Join us to learn why self-care is a supreme act of mental health support for yourself and those around you. Explore the benefits of supreme self-care to live a more fulfilling, free, and pleasurable life. This 4 week program includes 4 x 1 hour group zoom sessions, weekly inspirational readings and/or affirmations (for home practice), homework plan for daily self-care practices. Each session will be recorded and the recording will be made available for the following 7 days so you can catch up if you have to miss a live session.
